Expenses for 2016–2017:
All arrangements concerning finances are handled through the Office of the Financial Supervisor. All tuition payments should be arranged through the FACTS Management Company.
All tuition must be processed through FACTS.
Payments processed by the Finance Office will be subject to a $500 processing fee.
For the class of 2017
The tuition for the 2016-2017 school year is $9,675.00 for the senior high school.
For the class of 2018 & 2019
The tuition for the 2016-2017 school year is $9,675.00 (plus a yearly $200 iPad fee) for the senior high school classes of 2018 and 2019.
For the class of 2020
Parents must choose one of three tuition payment options:
1) A one-time payment in August with a $150.00 discount
2) Two equal payments in August and January
3) The direct debit of your regular account in ten monthly installments
Failure to choose one of the above three options will result in the assessment of a $500.00 clerical fee against the account.
For families with more than one child enrolled in Kellenberg Memorial (grades 6-12), a tuition reduction of $100.00 for the second child and of $75.00 for the third and fourth child will be given.
A service charge of $25.00 will be made automatically for any payment that is returned by a bank. After the second return, payment will be accepted only by cash or by money order.
No students may sit for their trimester Examinations if their tuition is not paid up-to-date. In the event that tuition is in arrears at Comprehensive Examination time, the student may not sit for the Examinations and will be given a grade of Incomplete. If the tuition is not paid prior to the make-up examinations in the summer, the grade is automatically changed to an (F) Failure for the year.
In the event a student withdraws, for whatever reason, tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis. If a student’s tuition is not current at the time of withdrawal, his or her transcript will not be forwarded until the tuition charge is satisfied.
Notarial services are provided, free of charge, at the Financial Supervisor’s Office.
Latin School Financial Information
The tuition for the 2016-2017 academic year is $9,475.00, with a non-refundable registration fee of $250.
New students entering grades six and seven also will have a $250 registration fee.
All students in grades six and seven will have a $100 iPad deposit and a yearly $200 iPad leasing fee.
Kellenberg Memorial Financial Aid Scholarship Program
The Financial Aid Scholarship Program is for families who experience the death of a parent or guardian who is a source of financial support for the student enrolled in our school. Two names of parents or guardians may be registered for the Financial Aid Scholarship Program.
