Kellenberg History Camp is an opportunity for students of the Class of 2017 to participate in a camp dedicated to historical travel in New York state and here on Long Island. This camp will expand upon old and new knowledge by visiting the actual sites where history occurred. The week-long camp includes food and travel, two night stay at Founders Hollow, and visitations to St. Paul’s Historic Site (Mt. Vernon), the Walkway Across the Hudson (Poughkeepsie), Saratoga Battlefield, Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Home at Hyde Park, Old Bethpage Village Restoration, and Sagamore Hill (Oyster Bay).
June 20 – St. Paul’s Historic Church & Walkway over the Hudson. (Stay at Founder’s Hollow.)
June 21 – Saratoga Battlefield. (Stay at Founder’s Hollow.)
June 22 – FDR Museum in Hyde Park. Return to Long Island.
June 23 – Old Bethpage Village Restoration
June 24 – Sagamore Hill
