On Friday, December 5, Kellenberg Memorial Alumna Meghan Von Elm (’11) spoke to the members of the Communications Club at their weekly meeting. Meghan is a senior at Hofstra University, studying in the Communications Program. Von Elm also works as a news anchor on WHRU 88.7 FM. Currently, Meghan will be interning at WABC-TV during her spring semester on “Live! with Kelly and Michael” in the production department. On Friday, she came to speak about her experience at Hofstra, her previous internship at News 12 Long Island, and how her experience here in the KMHS Communications Club inspired her to go into Communications in college.
