Transferability

  • We receive many questions about the transferability of credits.  Each of the institutions issues transcripts, upon the student’s request, for classes completed.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to request a transcript directly from the school and provide it to the school he or she plans to attend.  The forms to request transcripts are available on the Kellenberg website or from each institution directly.
  • Please be advised that there is no way to predict if the college your child wishes to attend will accept these credits.
  • It is recommended that you contact the Admissions Office of any college your child wishes to attend to determine the transferability of the credits  if this is a primary factor in your decision to enroll in the college credit program.
  • You may also wish to visit a searchable database created by the University of Connecticut to get a general idea about the transferability of credits to specific institutions.
