2013 Advent Reflection by Serena O’Hara

PS 72:1-2, 3-4AB, 7-8, 17
 
This psalm depicts a king who is a representative of God. With him as a representative of God, there will be peace forever. His ancestors will reign over the earth until the end of time and will watch over all nations. Under God’s guidance, everyone will be treated fairly.
This is how God treats us, he gives everyone fair treatment. At the end of our lives, he will judge and decide who deserves to enter his kingdom. He is there for all nations and races. When we are under his rule and in harmony with him, we will be in peace forever.
