Once again, Kellenberg Memorial students teamed up with Chaminade students to work on homes damaged here on Long Island from Superstorm Sandy. This is the 13th year that Kellenberg has been involved in this type of community rebuilding, going back to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Here are photos of our students working (and playing during lunch break) at a home in Carnasie, Brooklyn, that is near completion that suffered 6 feet of water damage.
