Welcome to Kellenberg Memorial Summer Camps, where we offer an incredible variety of enrichment, athletic, and faith-based experiences for students entering grades 5-12. Our camps are designed to inspire creativity, build skills, foster new friendships, and provide unforgettable summer memories in a supportive Catholic Marianist environment.

Art — Students in Grades 6–12Enrichment Camp
Students in Grades 6–12

This camp encourages students to explore the creative imagination within themselves while experimenting with ebony pencils, watercolor, clay, markers and colored pencils. Some of this material is used in unusual ways. Additionally, surprise art supplies are added in.

Baseball — Boys in Grades 5–10Athletic Camp
Boys in Grades 5–10

Spend a week with the Kellenberg Memorial baseball program learning the fundamentals of our national pastime—from pitching and catching to hitting and baserunning—plus games and evaluation sessions. Bring a glove, helmet, and bat; cleats optional.

Boys Basketball I — Boys in Grades 6–10Athletic Camp
Boys in Grades 6–10

Individual and team skills in a constructive atmosphere: ball handling, shooting, rebounding, passing, offensive/defensive systems, and scrimmages. Led by Freshman, JV, and Varsity coaches plus current and recent alumni players.

Boys Basketball II — Boys in Grades 6–10Athletic Camp
Boys in Grades 6–10

Further skill development with the same comprehensive approach—ball control, shooting, systems work, and scrimmages—guided by KMHS coaches and alumni.

Boys Lacrosse — Boys in Grades 5–10Athletic Camp
Boys in Grades 5–10

Position work (attack, midfield, FO, goalie, defense), team games, and competitions. Prepares campers for middle- and high-school play. Bring stick, helmet, pads, gloves, mouthpiece, sneakers, and cleats.

Boys Soccer — Boys in Grades 5–10Athletic Camp
Boys in Grades 5–10

Rounded soccer experience: defending/attacking principles, speed of play, small-sided games, scrimmages, and fun. Cleats and shin guards required.

Bowling — Students in Grades 5–10Athletic Camp
Students in Grades 5–10

Learn the basics of bowling, scoring, and competitive strategy. Shoes/balls available. Run by varsity coaches and skilled athletes with competitions and games.

Careers in Building, Architecture, Engineering, and Property Management — Students in Grades 8–11Enrichment Camp
Students in Grades 8–11

Survey real-world paths in building, architecture, engineering, and property management. Meet professionals, explore study recommendations, and (as scheduled) visit active sites or dive into KMHS campus projects.

Cheerleading — Girls in Grades 5–9Athletic Camp
Girls in Grades 5–9

Fundamentals of cheer: technique, motions, jumps, stunting, and tumbling—plus spirit, teamwork, and fun.

Contact Football — Boys in Grades 7–9Athletic Camp
Boys in Grades 7–9

KMHS staff and alumni coach offense, defense, and special teams with safe blocking/tackling, film, and classroom sessions; capped by a game-style scrimmage.

Core Athletic Training — Students in Grades 8–12Athletic Camp

Strength, agility, endurance, and nutrition blueprint to prep athletes for high-school sports. Led by a NASM-certified trainer and nutritionist.

Crafts — Students in Grades 5–9Enrichment Camp

“Busted canvas,” nail-polish marbling, cardboard models, pool-noodle creations, and more—recycle and recreate with style.

Fundamentals of food prep, cooking & baking, daily meal planning, and a recipe book you create.

Explore LI, Rockland, and Westchester parks; learn trail maps/markers and hiking etiquette; scenic routes with an end-of-week longer hike.

Language I & II — Students in Grades 5–9Enrichment Camp

Engaging, immersive intro to French, Spanish, and Latin—confidence-building speaking, fun activities, and even cooking/baking cultural dishes.

Language II (Grades 8–9)

Continues the immersive experience with more speaking practice, cultural exploration, and hands-on activities (including cooking/baking).

Two-week music immersion for chorus, band, and orchestra musicians; ensembles meet daily and culminate in a final performance, plus music writing, history, and performance-anxiety tips.
