What inspired you to pursue a career in law?
I became a lawyer to help people. Specifically, real estate law gives me the opportunity to help families every day. Real estate law is at the heart of some of the most fundamental aspects of society, from homeownership to land use and urban development. I was particularly drawn to the dynamic nature of real estate transactions and the opportunity to be involved in projects that shape communities. I am especially interested in growing African American homeownership and wealth.
