Congratulations to the Kellenberg Memorial High School Boys Basketball program which was recently honored by International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO) Long Island Board #41 with the James Greene Sportsmanship Award for the 2015-2016 season. This award is given each year to the Long Island high school basketball program that excels above and beyond expectations of sportsmanship, integrity, and honor in high school basketball. This is the fourth year in a row the school has won the award which represents the highest praise an officials organization can give to a school’s basketball program. It reflects how highly regarded the basketball officials view the character and conduct of the Kellenberg spectators, coaches, and players. Congratulations to all!
