The Body Mind and Heart Club is open to students in grades 9-12 focused on achieving a healthy lifestyle for the complete person, body, mind and heart. Members explore the ability to be present and aware of their surroundings and behavior, and learn about and engage in activities, techniques, and strategies to deal with stress and anxiety skillfully using physical activity, guided meditation, breathing exercises, art projects, and more. Participation in this club will help students to learn how to manage their lives in a beneficial, spiritually enriching, and healthy way.
