On Wednesday, June 28, after days of deliveries of steel and supplies, the first of many beams was hoisted into place on campus for our upcoming Firebird Center for Arts & Athletics — our 60,000 square foot center featuring two basketball courts with changing rooms, a dance studio, bowling lanes, two golf simulators, separate band and orchestra spaces with 13 practice rooms, general meeting rooms, and a concessions stand.
By the end of the day, dozens of beams stood tall from the foundation. Construction will continue throughout the summer months. Follow along on our social media to watch the progress.
