Article by Phoenix writer Olivia Iorio ’26:
The annual fall festival brought the Halloween spirit to Kellenberg on October 25th. With many students, faculty, and their families in attendance, the event promised to be a good time for all ages.
The Latin School hallway, illuminated by spooky lighting, was transformed into a trick or treating experience, where families were able to go from classroom to classroom to get candy. Many attendees came dressed up in their Halloween costumes.
Outside in the decorated courtyard, there were activities including axe throwing, hacky sack, and ring toss for the families to partake in. Additionally, fall-themed foods and refreshments were served by members of S.A.L.T.. The fan favorites seemed to be delicious apple cider donuts and chocolate chip cookies. S.A.L.T. Member Isabel Matthew ‘26, who worked the event, shared, “The festival was very fun; all the costumes were so creative!”
The fall festival was a major success, and most definitely was a memorable and enjoyable time for everyone.
