The Phoenix Emporium has launched a new array of merchandise this year.
Bro. Michael McAward, S.M., expressed his enthusiasm for the new offerings, saying, “We are excited to have many new products this year.”
Among the standout additions is a variety of soft women’s outerwear including quarter zips and athletic apparel. Men and boys will also find new shirts and workout wear from suppliers such as Under Armour, and Nike.
“Because we now deal directly with these manufacturers,” Brother Michael explained, “we are able to sell their items for less than in the stores!”
This year also introduces a specially designed hoodie and crewneck sweatshirt—both approved for use in physical education class—along with matching sweatpants.
Just in time for the Christmas season, the store has added a woven tapestry blanket featuring the Firebird statue located outside the new FCAA.
Bro. Michael shared that this new piece is “a woven blanket tapestry with the image of the Firebird statue…which is our newest item.”
Sophomore Brian Richardson, General Manager of the Phoenix Emporium, emphasized updates to the apparel line, including the newly revised Basic Firebird Hoodies and Crewnecks—both PE-approved and ideal for colder months. One of his personal favorites is the long-sleeve version of the popular Adidas T-shirt, which he appreciated for its durability.
Senior Shyla Shoen says, “I bought my white Collegiate Hoodie at the Emporium for Homecoming this year. I wear it all the time!”
Beyond clothing, the Phoenix Emporium has introduced handmade rosary bracelets, carefully crafted by members of the Emporium team. These provide a new way for students to express their faith. Rounding out the latest releases are the Colorblock hoodies, which will replace the well-known Nike hoodie and offer a refreshed, upgraded look.
As the school year continues, the Phoenix Emporium welcomes students, faculty, and families to explore these exciting new items and celebrate Firebird pride in style.
