Five Kellenberg Juniors to Participate in Project Understanding Pilgrimage to the Holy Land

Jan 14 2015

This February, five Kellenberg juniors will join with other Catholic and Jewish juniors from Long Island on a spiritual, educational, and life changing pilgrimage to the Holy Land. The trip will run from February 12 through February 22. The students representing Kellenberg Memorial High School are Charles Russell, Jon Michael Connolly, Tara Noble, Victoria Rubino, and Fiona Danyko. The other students participating are selected from Jewish and Catholic communities on Long Island. The students will be accompanied by two Jewish moderators and Brother Michael Gillen, S.M. The purpose of the trip is to join together twelve Catholic and Jewish high school juniors to understand the Jewish and the Catholic faith more deeply. The sponsor of the trip is Mr. Roger Tilles. Please keep all those involved in your prayers.
