On April 11, Kellenberg came together as a school community to celebrate the Mass for Divine Mercy, focusing on the love and mercy Christ gives to each of us in our lives.
Father Dan spoke about the ABC’s of mercy in his homily: “Ask for His mercy, Be merciful to others, and Completely trust in God.”
Fr. Dan also played the song “Jesus Went to the Garden” which highlights the sacrifice that Jesus made for us through his death and resurrection. Through His suffering, Christ gave us his complete mercy, and in this way we are called to give our complete mercy to others.
The Mass for Divine Mercy is a significant and reflective time in the Church, and Kellenberg is grateful to be able to celebrate this day together.
