Congratulations to the 2023 Paul T. Zois Athletic Scholarship recipients, Giavonna DeBono ’23, who is attending Manhattan College, and Sean Cannon ’23, who is attending Providence College. The Paul T. Zois Athletic Scholarship was founded in memory of Prokopios (Paul) T. Zois, father of Stefania Zois-Goel ’02 and Theo Zois ’04, who was killed in the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center. Mr. Zois was a supporter of both education and athletics and also coached for many years. Theo, and his wife, Samantha, established the scholarship fund to assist college-bound Kellenberg Memorial student-athletes.
