Please use the registration form below to sign up for or renew your Diamond Club Membership. You will be prompted to enter how many 3 digit numbers you would like (e.g 005 or 521). You will be prompted to enter your number choice at the end of the registration form. If you would like us to choose numbers for you simply leave that information blank. If you are renewing your membership, please enter the numbers you wish to renew into the registration form.
