Over Memorial Day Weekend, Kellenberg’s Academic Quiz Bowl team competed against 305 teams from across the country at the NAQT Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia.
Joshua Rivera was ranked among the top 15% of competitors in the tournament.
Congratulations on a job well done to Juniors Brian Hanna, Bridget McLaughlin, Isabella Shulman and Matthew Chojnacki as well as Sophomores Joshua Rivera and Audrey Sasso. The team worked hard and ended with a 4-6 record overall.
Kellenberg AQB Alumni Matthew York ’16, Aidan York ’20, and Victor Louie ’20 were asked to moderate and score keep for the event. The team was able to catch up with them and get some advice for their first time at Nationals.
