Today, 17 students from the Latin School and High School visited the Cradle of Aviation Museum for a STEM talk with Camila Turrieta. Camila Turrieta is a Jet Blue Pilot, a mother, a professor and weeks away from earning her doctorate. The students heard her speak about her amazing journey as she overcame many obstacles throughout her life. Her inspiring words left a lasting impression on our students as she encouraged them to follow their dreams and never stop working until you achieve your goals. A wonderful reminder for our students to love and honor their families and seek guidance from those who have their best interests at heart.
