On December 4, 2024, Kellenberg celebrated XLT and had the pleasure of hearing Mrs. Robinson speak.
XLT is held once a month on Wednesdays to spend time with God in adoration among the Kellenberg family. It is a wonderful opportunity to surrender to God and feast in his presence.
Before XLT began, students had the opportunity to enjoy a meal with their friends in the cafeteria. At the conclusion of the meal, the students entered the cafeteria and prepared themselves to enter the presence of God.
The students heard Mrs. Robinson speak about her relationship with God and how He impacts her life. Mrs. Robinson is so grateful for the opportunity to speak to the Kellenberg community. She said, “I enjoyed sharing my story in hopes that I gave something impactful to someone that night or even just inspired them to strengthen their faith in some way. I always enjoyed XLT as a student myself and loved how once a month you can unwind with friends, get inspired, and get connected to God.”
XLT concluded with adoration accompanied by music from the XLT band. Adoration at XLT is an important time to slow down and reflect in prayer. Junior Eva McLaughlin reflected, “This month’s XLT was especially relaxing. I enjoyed Mrs. Robinson’s talk so much and can’t wait for XLT in the future.
XLT is a great way to spend time with both friends and God. Even though life may be hectic, XLT gives students the chance to truly slow down and spend time with God.
